These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApexPrimed (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ApexPrimed provides AI-generated workout, nutrition, and recovery suggestions for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Stop any activity immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical attention as needed.
Workouts, nutrition estimates, calorie/macro calculations, and coaching responses are generated by an AI model based on the information you provide. They are estimates and suggestions — they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your individual circumstances. Use your own judgment and consult professionals where appropriate.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an ApexPrimed account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
ApexPrimed is offered on a subscription basis at a base price of $9.99/month. Active referrals reduce your price automatically:
Discounted and free tiers apply only for as long as you maintain the corresponding number of active referrals (subject to a short grace period if a referral temporarily lapses) — they are not permanent or one-time unlocks. If your active referral count drops, your price will adjust to the corresponding tier above. An "active referral" is a user who signed up using your referral code and meets our then-current activity criteria; referral counts and discount tiers may be updated and will be reflected in the App. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple, automatically renew at your current tier's price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are subject to Apple's standard refund and cancellation policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Pricing and included features may change with notice.
ApexPrimed includes optional social features ("Squad Feed") that share limited activity with other members of your referral group. You agree not to use these features to harass, impersonate, or share inappropriate content with other users. We may remove access to community features for violations of these Terms.

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by ApexPrimed and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter (workouts, logs, notes), and grant us a license to process it solely to provide and improve the App as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → "Delete Account & All Data," which permanently removes your data and sign-in account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexPrimed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated workout or nutrition content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
